I would like to suggest an idea for a new project that I believe could be appreciated by many members: creating a dedicated yoga program with multiple levels, from beginner to advanced.
This program would diversify the current training options by offering a gentler alternative to the existing workouts, which are often focused on high-intensity exercise. It would be ideal for members who want to improve their mobility, flexibility, balance, or simply take time to recover while staying active.
It would also be especially valuable during periods of extreme heat, when intense workouts can be more challenging. A yoga program would provide a safe and effective way for members to stay consistent with their fitness routine without having to stop exercising altogether.
I believe a complete yoga program would perfectly complement the existing content and appeal to a wide range of members, whether they are looking for relaxation, active recovery, or a balanced addition to their training.
