Can we have the option to pause a program instead of stopping it? I'm in a program where I don't want to continue but I don't want to quit because I have come a long way. I know I will want to continue it later but I can't pause it. I want to begin another program with different workouts but I can't start a new program unless I stop this one. Can something be done about this? And can it be done quickly😫🙏.
