As someone battling PCOS, I’ve realized losing weight the traditional way just doesn’t hit the same anymore. 😩 All those challenges I used to follow? Not working like before.
Lately, I’ve been seeing so many workouts by creators claiming they’re PCOS-friendly because apparently, our bodies need a different approach to actually lose weight. And honestly… it makes sense!
