I struggle with PCOS and i was thinking it would be cool to have a program/challenge that helps, as pcos affects many women. Maybe this challenge can look like a mixture of yoga for cooldowns, HIIT once or twice a week, and pilates for the main duration. I think that would be very unique and i would love that very much.
