I saw a lot of girls asking about something for their period. I was thinking of an optional period tracker that is incorporated into the daily workout calendar/schedule for when you get your period (tracks the length for you as well) you have the option to continue your usual workout or switch it to the "period mode" for a few days that would include more low impact, stretches, yoga, etcetera. Then it could be switched back to normal mode either after X amount of days that your period is active or you can manually switch it back. I think that would keep a lot of girls motivated to move but not exert themselves. Your streaks wouldn't be affected since you're still doing something and it's a win-win for everyone. You can only modify your schedule so many times with your streak savers and rest days, just figured that would be helpful.
