Hi!  Maybe you know already, but we need to send each other pictures within private chat.  Sometimes you really want to share a photo of your cat or your progress, but you can't.  Even gifs are payed and you can't upload a gif of choice. 
Maybe add this function and protect it by some AI that'll filter the pictures so that there's no mature or offensive content?  We really need that, please oh please
