So , seeing my mother at 52 and being 96 kgs ... Feels helpless .. I , doctors and everyone around her asks to reduce weight cause she is suffering from knee pain like many elder people in the world ...... But it can be reduced to many folds if she even reduces 20-30 kgs .. but she feels it impossible now ...but I want to help her but I also don't have any right plan that I can offer her ...
