Rep and set based programs

Hi! I just wanted to start by saying how amazing Chloe Ting is and how much she’s helped me 🫶🥺. I’ve done a lot of her programs and am finally doing the cardio one after taking a break from the programs (I did my own thing but it’s kinda hard so I wanted to add a program to that. But her shred, booty (peachy, grow a booty) programs are the only ones I find challenging enough. I really love the rep based workouts and I wanted to put it out there that I’d LOVE more programs like these. They challenge me without having to buy heavier weights since I workout from home, and spending a lot of money. Thank you for everything and please consider this!! That’ll be awesome
