Workouts
For exercises. Similar to warm up exercises and cool down stretches. But in addition to this:
- stretches that target flexibility (to be able to do splits for example or bridges) (to add it as part of a daily routine for flexibility)
- fascia training exercises
- besides back, core, legs, arms exercises also some workouts that target overlooked areas and train muscles of neck and any other areas
