Workouts
Hi Chloe,
I really enjoy your workout programs and appreciate the effort you put into helping people stay healthy and active. Most of your workouts are core or full-body focused, which is great and very helpful.
However, many people like me struggle specifically with areas such as saddlebags, hips, thighs, and overall lower body fat. I noticed there isn’t currently a dedicated 4-week or 8-week program focused mainly on reducing and strengthening these lower body areas.
I kindly request you to consider creating a structured program that targets saddlebags, hips, thighs, and the overall lower body. I believe it would benefit many people who are looking for focused workouts in these areas.
