Resistance training along with HIIT and mobility

 I think it would be great to have few programs that spilts the workout days with resistance training, HIIT and mobility training. For example 3-4 days of weight training but combining it with 5 days of HIIT (15 TO 30 minutes) and 1 day of mobility training.
So this would cover up all aspects.

I absolutely love Weight training but in the current weight training programs there aren't any HIIT workouts. It would be great to see a combined program.
