I am a fitness junkie and both my boyfriend and I are former athletes with a now very busy life work and 6 kids.   We go to the gym as much as we can and we love outdoor sports- surfing, kayaking, hiking.   Anyway I did one of Chloe’s challenges and saw immediate strength results.   My boyfriend was very impressed and was wondering if the community could recommend a male version of the program.   Any recommendations?
