I am so lazy to do cool downs and warm ups anyways and it does not help my motivation that they are almost always the same video every single day of a challenge.
I have tried finding other videos on Youtube for warm up and cool down and doing a different cool down or warm up every day or even from day to day is definitely more motivating. I would wish for the next challenges to have more variation in those videos.
