Workouts
I love the workout programs, but one thing I think that could be improved for future programs is having warmups and cooldowns based on what the workout is focused on. For example, if the workout is focused on upper body, having more exercises to target arms/back in the warm up and more stretches at the end that target those muscles.
Warming up the wrists is also really important if the workout has a lot of planks or exercises heavy on the wrists. This is something I noticed is lacking more for upper body as most of the warm ups and cool downs are lower body focused, at least in the programs I have done.
My workout today is upper body, but the cooldown is lower body, so this is one example for how I think it could be improved.
