I'm doing 2024 summer shed challange. So I'm having the problem of burning calories like 1 hr chloe ting HIIT exercise supposed to burn at least 500 calories but i can only burn max 150 calories! I mean I'm doing some exercise with moderate version is that why I'm not burning calories? I mean I'm literally dying in every exercise! I know this may sound funny but i used to do chloe ting regularly and recently I'm doing chloe ting exercise again 3 years after having my baby. I never had problem burning calories but this time its really hitting hard. I mean i can burn more calories with standing walking cardio but now chloe ting workout feels like I'm doing strength training! What do you suggest? Can you please help?
