I’ve been doing Chloe’s workouts for a month to the date today! I was sick my second week in, so I guess only 3 proper weeks, I changed into a 2 week shred program since I’m trying to at least get visibly smaller before the summer-
But I’m not really feeling physically stronger either.
Im in a deficit, idk how much I’m actually burning but I’ve limited myself to around 1,000-1,200 cals a day.
Do I need to give it more time? I’m not sure what I’m doing wrong!
