Chloe Ting’s 2025 Weight Loss Challenge – My Girl Talk Review! 💖

Babes, I just finished Chloe Ting’s 2025 Weight Loss Challenge, and let me tell you... it was a rollercoaster 🎢. Some days I felt like a fitness queen 👑, and other days I just wanted to lay on the floor and question my life choices 😭. But we made it!! So here’s the tea ☕✨.

What I LOVED 💕

✔ It actually works!! – My body feels more toned, my waist is snatched, and I swear my abs are peeking through 👀.
✔ Short & manageable – Most workouts are around 30 mins, which is perf if you don’t wanna spend your whole life sweating.
✔ No equipment needed – Just me, my mat, and vibes 🏋️‍♀️.
✔ Abs on fire – If you want a strong core, THIS is it. My abs were screaming but in a good way 🔥.
✔ Free & easy to follow – Love that Chloe gives us all this for free! Queen behavior 👑.

What I Did NOT Love 🙃

✖ SO repetitive – By week 2, I was like, "Didn’t I just do this exact workout yesterday?" 😅.
✖ Leg day is EVIL – I swear, some of those moves made me rethink my life 🫠.
✖ Not the best for muscle gain – If you wanna get really strong, you’ll prob need to add weights.

Final Verdict? 💬

If you want a fun, free, and effective workout to tone up and lose fat, this is IT, girl! Would I do it again? Maybe, but I’d mix in other workouts to keep things spicy 🌶.

💖 Rating: 8/10 – Would def recommend!
