1st day 20220 2 week shred challenge!!!! I did itttttt
I just started the program to get healthier! It was hard I was sweating bullets but its a nice start to slowly get back at it.
starting weight: 160
goal weight: 140
I want to tone up and gain muscle I loose weight first then tone right? any answers please chime in :) (edited by moderator)
