Fitness Discussion

I can't share pictures but I wanted to share my progress so I completed 2 programs one in her website and one in this app and I lost 5 kgs (11 lbs)till now (68kg now ) and 6 inches lost total I never thought I could do this but I did it and I'm happy this is the first time in 4 years I saw my weight below 70 kg and I'm happy with this small progress ❤️ I hope everyone on this app can achieve their goals
