2 questions about taking breaks

Hey beautiful girls !
so I just started 2 weeks shred 2019 and it’s been really difficult for me . I have 2 general questions :
If you are in a middle of an exercise and you can’t continue, do you pause and continue when you catch your breath or you just let the video continue and come back when you catch your breath , missing some time of the exercise ?
Second question , is it ok if I split Chloe’s program in 2 halfs in the day or should I do them all at once ? Because doing 3-4 videos all at once makes me really overwhelmed
