I rlly wanna lose weight before school starts (I have just under 4 weeks) and I was wondering if yall saw better results with a 2 Week shred challenge or a Weight loss challenge? Or should I not follow a schedule and do like. . . 40 minutes of HIIT and then like 10 mins each targeting certain areas (abs and slim thighs)
