So I just finished the cardio challenge and I’ve been doing program after program after program with no breaks, well this month idk if it’s the cold or what I just don’t feel like doing anything today, I just finished my program yesterday and would normally jump into a new one today but I’m just not feeling it, anyways I’ve been thinking about finishing this year with the 20 min challenge but I’m worried it would just be a waste of time because I normally do about 30-40 minutes of working out a day. Will I still get benefit out of it? Or will it just halt my progress? What do you all think of it? Is it worth it or should I do a different program, if I picked the 20 minute challenge I would probably add extra exercise in on some days, like an extra 10 min just because I normally do at minimum 30 mins if I don’t I feel like I haven’t given my all, I really like the hourglass programs they give me the best results and really work my body well but they are also extremely exhausting sometimes and this month I kinda want to take it a little slower and enjoy the holiday.
