Actually I'm about to start the 2018 Summer Shred Challenge. It is request to all those who already completed this challenge, can you please share your experience.
Was it too tough? Is it hard to be consistent? Did you see any changes? Did you do all the exercises? Do you have any tips? Did you also diet or only exercise?
