2019 2 weeks shred challenge

So, I did it! 14 days! (I thought to put it in before-after theme, but I don't want to put my photos in) At first I thought, that I had no changes, but but the measurements say the opposite! (Just for fact, I was sick during the challenge, I had a period, I was so tired and sick)

At first I wanna talk about my posture! Of course I thought about my core, not back, but I hat EXCELLENT results on my back! ! After 10 years with hunching, I made it a little bit smaller during the challenge! ! ! ! That's the greatest result for me! ! ! I'm still hunching, but it changed! ! !

So, about measurements. At first, I didn't change my food, but I ate less, and also I was drinking A LOT OF WATER. Anddd my measurements were made while hunching, so I haven't straightened while measuring, so it will be more true.
