Hello there! I wanted to share my recent achievements. I successfully completed the 2019 Summer Shred Challenge yesterday. I specifically sought out a challenge that incorporated plenty of cardio and HIIT workouts, as these are the types of exercises I find most enjoyable and fun. Overall, I had a great experience!
Through a combination of this challenge and intermittent fasting, I managed to shed a total of 5 kilograms in just 35 days! Although I didn't capture any photos this time, making it difficult to assess any significant physical changes, I can confidently say that I feel much stronger.
My weight loss journey is not over yet, as I still aim to lose another 10 kilograms. I'm determined to persist and not give up on my goals.
