Hello everyone! I am a newbie to these things but I finished a plan already and I am excited to try the 2020 core challenge. I am healthy and definitely able bodied, I’m not completely ripped but I am pretty strong, however I am finding myself struggle with the plank challenge so much!’ I know it’s supposed to be difficult and I am glad it is however my main concern is that me taking a lot of breaks in between excercises is ruining the effect. For example, I did the plank challenge twice and I can do all the excersizes just not for 45 seconds everytime, mostly I take breaks here and there probably shaving 5-10 seconds off the excercise and then I take an extra 15 second break during the break. It is taking me a long time to finish the video but I still do the exercises. This morning I woke up feeling sore in my arms and back but nothing in my “core” or abs. I feel worried that my slow pace is making the workout ineffective and I am relaly trying to get a flat lower stomach with this challenge. I guess my main question is even if I do not have the endurance to just follow along the video if I will still achieve my goal?? Sorry for the long text !
