Programs
Hi all, I have started this challenge 10 days ago, and I am just wondering if it's normal to have only one rest day for the whole 28 days?
I am sure some are able to do 3 weeks straight without a break, but I fell it's almost impossible to manage it with a team as the intermediate dates (25%, etc...) would easily DQ the whole team over time if they start taking rest days.
Only reason I am writing this is in case the rules could be relaxed for this kind of programs where you HAVE to plan your own rest days? (edited by moderator)

There are few workouts like this one with very little rest days, mostly I guess some of the older ones? I am not sure when the rules were put into place, but it's probably easier to do these challenges on your own.
Haven't done the math, but adding 2 rest days every 5 days brings your pretty close to the DQ line of each milestone when the whole workout is 28 days

I just checked that out and it seems like you’re right. I don’t know if you’re doing if you’re doing it with a team but don’t hesitate to take extra rest days to suit your needs and schedule

I am actually doing it with a team, and we all risking DQ on the first milestone already, so no way the second one will fly. Of course yes, extra rest days are needed here, to anyone reading this I am taking them!

Hello! I'm doing this challenge as well & nope, it's not healthy to continuously do the workouts for 28 days with only 1 day break. If you see the routine you'll find days where there's only 1 abs workout, warmup & cooldown. My guess is that those are meant as breaks with very slight workout.
I personally took a lot of breaks in between for various reasons. I was struggling with consistency previously but it's a bit better now. Also, my body can't workout 7 days a week. Rest days are equally important. So my suggestion would be to time your workouts as per your & your body's needs :)
