Doing pilates instead when sore?

I have been doing 2021 2 weeks shred challenge and I'm on day 10 and there's terrible pain in my legs so instead of doing Chloe's workout sinces 2 days i did low impact pilates will it hinder the results as cardio burns more fat than pilates. (edited by moderator)
