2023 hourglass challenge progression

My height is 168cm, body fat 22%, weight is 55kg. My body ratio is long legs and a shorter body (don't have an obvious hourglass shape). Hence, first tried the 2023 hourglass I could see my waist was smaller and my glutes lifted and looked rounder. Currently on my second 2023 hourglass challenge! I also added hip thrust, and heavier Romanian deadlift whenever I had booty training. I also learned along the way it is okay if you have yet to achieve your ideal size, you are doing it you are on the way towards that goal just enjoy the process! Stella from Malaysia
