Can someone share their before and after , after doing the 2024 challenge, I want to attempt it but I want to see the results of the program.    If anyone has done this could you please share your experience & how much weight you have lost.    Before sharing please note that I only want the results of this program & i don't want to know the results if you have done any other workout.
