Can anyone that is doing or did the 2024 challenge can tell me their results?   Or what targetted the most this challenge (abs, legs, glutes, etc.  .  .  ) and how would you rate this challenge compared to the others?   I did the 2021 but had to stop because I had to travel and now that I am back I want to try another one
