Hey everyone, I am on my weightloss journey.   2024 challenge was my First Chloe Challenge.   I got knee pain due to lunges and squats, however completed the last day of 2024 challenge today.   I am planning to do 2021 2 weeks shred.  .  .  Let me know if there's a better choice.  .  Thanks
