Fitness Discussion

Who else is doing the new program?  I fell in last month and was off my feet for weeks then came back to find that now only had she released a new program but had finally launched this amazing app!   I love it!   I'm on day 12 out of 26 is anyone else doing the same 2024 program?   I'm definitely noticing that I can do more reps in some of the repeated videos.   I wish I had remembered to do measurements before I started!   Coworkers have already commented that there is a difference to my waist and face and I feel more energetic too
