Fitness Discussion

Hey guys! I just finished the 2024 Summer Shred today so I thought I might as well share my personal experience (it isn’t the same for everyone <3). First I’ll start with my results- i started at 68.4kg and ended at 62.4kg.. so In total I lost 6kg!! (With a healthy diet), I feel so much stronger and I can SEE the changes in my body as well! I’m so much more confident now! Definitely recommend this challenge for beginners as it builds up slowly to intermediate and then it gets pretty hard in the last week.. but I definitely am not at beginner strength anymore! Unfortunately I didn’t take any before photos so I cant post any pics, but thank you for reading my experience, and I hope it can help you!
