I am a Teenage girl trying to lose stomach and a little bit of thigh fat and overall body fat I am going to stop drinking sodas, chips, candies and instead eat in portion and drink more water my dad brought me a birthday gift Stanley and I'm going to be using that a lot just for water, I hope that I won't get unmotivated I saw how positive chole ting's community is and it's nice honestly wish me luck. I know that if others can do it so can I the human body is capable of doing so many things and honestly it's amazing. I'm trying to lose weight before my senior year and mind me i'm going to be a sophomore this incoming year I have 2 years wanna get fit ykkk. I also am keeping track on the programs that i'm do so I put an image on what programs i'm doing feel free to give programs that I should do and also anyy tips or motivations or anything would be nice again. and is it okay if i do one workout in the morning then another in the afternoon?
