Tips for knees/wrists and reverse exercises?

Hii,
I currently on my day 18 of 2024 weight loss challenge. My right hand wrist and both the knees have started paining. Is this normal? I wasn't working out before. I recently started in December with some simple stuff then started this in January.

Also, reverse table top or any reverse exercises are so hard for me to do. Does anyone have any recommendation to make it simpler or any substitute? (edited by moderator)
