Fitness Discussion

I've just finished the 2025 Weight Loss Challenge. This is the first time I've worked out for a whole month. My diet was horrible this month—most days, I was eating fast food.

Before starting the challenge, I was 64+ kg, and now I'm 62.45 kg. I'm really happy with this! The most important thing is that I feel more energetic now, and my body has become more defined.

I'm going to start another challenge and hope to eat healthy this time, InShaAllah. Let's see what happens!
