Okay bestie, let me tell you—this challenge was no joke! From Day 1, it had me dripping in sweat, heart racing, and legs shaking. But OMG the results? So worth it!
The workouts are short but super intense, which is honestly perfect if you're juggling school, classes, or just life. Some days were full-body burners, others focused on abs or booty—and Chloe’s energy? Always on point!
What I loved the most:
It’s beginner-friendly but still a challenge.
No equipment needed—literally just a mat and you’re good.
Chloe gives options for low impact too (thank you, girl!).
The playlist was vibesss—made it way more fun.
After finishing, I feel stronger, more toned, and way more confident in my body. And girl, my stamina? Leveled UP. I’m sooo proud of myself for completing it and honestly, you should try it if you haven’t yet.
