Hi! ! I have this problem where I can't engage my tvađđ. I just realized it cause I recently gained weight and now I can see it clearly that there is like a loaf of bread on my lower abs bulging out whenever I do ab/core workouts. I tried looking through yt how to fix it but I just can't, especially when I do planks. I can kinda fix it during crunches using breathing technique, but I can't get it under control during planks, it just falls ofđđ Like I don't have strength on my part of ab in that, my tummy just falls into a loaf-shape and I can't feel any force in it tho I've tried methods like sucking the belly button to the spine and others. I've never even been pregnantđ« HELPđ„ It makes me feel uninspired as I realized all those core workouts I've been doing have been useless in engaging my lower abđ
