Hi! ! I have this problem where I can't engage my tva😭😭. I just realized it cause I recently gained weight and now I can see it clearly that there is like a loaf of bread on my lower abs bulging out whenever I do ab/core workouts. I tried looking through yt how to fix it but I just can't, especially when I do planks. I can kinda fix it during crunches using breathing technique, but I can't get it under control during planks, it just falls of😭😭 Like I don't have strength on my part of ab in that, my tummy just falls into a loaf-shape and I can't feel any force in it tho I've tried methods like sucking the belly button to the spine and others. I've never even been pregnantđŸ«  HELPđŸ˜„ It makes me feel uninspired as I realized all those core workouts I've been doing have been useless in engaging my lower ab😭
