Aching body!

Does anyone else ACHE the day after a workout? I just started a new program of Chloe’s and after only day one, my abs and thigh muscles ache sooo much! I find it difficult to do the next day’s workouts because I ache so much, but I’m going to push through until my 2 rest days, because I really want to stay on track this time and actually see some progress. Plus, at least the aching muscles means that I was doing the workout correctly I suppose? 😄
