Hey guys, I get acid reflux while doing workout, specially the ones including planks. Its not too bad, I am able to continue with the workout but I was wondering if this is normal? I workout in the morning before any meal and even though I don't eat heavy or anything that can cause tummy issue the night before, this happens. Its temporary, it goes away after few mins. Did anyone else experience this too?
