I recently decided to start taking active rest days during which I will walk, stretch, do yoga and etc. though I have some questions because I am kind of lost.
1. What else can I do on active rest days, I want to do something that's relaxing but also fun (btw I am not asking just about exercise related things, I am interested about things I can do in general to keep me busy-ish so that i just dont end up wasting time on my phone)
2. I have never really done yoga before sooo I need some reccomendations of youtube videos which I can follow.
3. Should I take the same amount of rest days every week or base it on my activity level? Or just take as many as are scheduled on the challenges?
