Hey guys! So I'm thinking about adding in the gym to Chloe's workouts 2-3 times a week. Here's the thing: I do NOT want to get bulky. I want the tones figure, building some muscle is fine (for definition, because you can't tone muscle that isn't there) but I want to keep a feminine figure. Can any ladies tell me how that works or what I can do? And how it worked for you?
