Fitness Discussion

I really can't get rid of my lower abdomen - I don't mean the usual abs exercises, but breathing, like a vacuum.  

I've been doing this for a while, but nothing seems to help, and I'm starting to  givie up 😔😔😔

Are there people here who have been able to get rid of this? How did you do it? Share your progress and HELP me please 😩
