Aloha,
Today is the start of my second program, the Daily 20. After completing the Fitober challenge, I'm feeling confident and ready to get back to it. However, I tried watching just the first day workouts of the Daily 20 last week, just to get myself familiar with the exercises. Both of my knees had a dull pain after just the first day trial🥵 Did I push too hard or is my form off because these are new exercises?
What advice can anyone offer to take on the HIIT of the Daily 20 program? Anything would help.
