Good morning 😃
I am 18 years old, I weight 70 kg and i am only 5'2" tall. I don't have access to many protein sources; I can only eat what my mother cooks at home because I don't have much time while preparing for exams. I also want to increase my height. Currently, I am following the 'Summer Shred 2026' program. I need some advice—am I on the right track, and what else should I be doing? I want to lose 20 kg. 🙂 So, if you have any ideas or advice, please share. 🙏
