Programs
This is my body after 3 Chloe programs, I'm not following any diet.. I eat what I want in a moderate way without giving up anything.
Tomorrow is my last day of training for the "2020 slim thigh" program, I am very undecided on which program to start next. Having concluded "summer shred" and get abs challenge" now I don't know whether to focus on intense gluteal workouts or switch to a program to reduce the waistline. What videos do you recommend? I don't have a specific goal in mind, I'd like to tone my muscles a little (I have dumbbells available) but at the same time I just need to keep moving💪🏼🏋🏼‍♀️
