Hi guys, I have really been trying to exercise to stay fit and all but I have a problem of bad knees which makes me give up exercising within the first 10 mins and I will stop exercising for months until I regain my confidence to start and the whole process repeats itself. If anyone has the same problem as me please tell me how you manage or what you do to make the impact less on the knees
Ohh and I also have an excessive eating habit, like I LOVE to eat and I don't know how to stop it. It's now at a point where it's unhealthy and I have developed bad eating habits. I have tried so many times to stop but I just can not I always relapse.. Please advice me on how to deal with that situation
