Workout
Recently i started th 2024 weight loss program, and today all the workout i had to do was mostly in a plank position but I'm a heavy girl, so everytime i try to do that i end up hurting my knees and elbows and i get bruises and not only that i can't hold myself while doing anything in plank position. Today i had to skip and mark as done because i couldn't hold myself more then idk 5 seconds.
Does anyone has any advices on how to make any type of plank exercise easier or any other advice about it?
