I will be going on holiday with my friends for some days later this month, which will imply stopping the workout and going out partying instead . I have been on a diet and exercising for 10 days now, and I am scared I will lose my progress.
I know that alcohol contains a lot of empty calories, but will they be enough to reverse my progress? Also, is there any way of lowering this calorie intake? (certain types of alcohol, etc. )
I don't wanna gain the weight I lost but I also don't want to miss out :)
